Cancellation Policy
 All appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients.  Regretfully, failure to do so, or to appear for an appointment, will result in a full charge for the booked service(s). Any violation of this policy will also result in the revocation of Pilo’s Guarantee of Satisfaction.
