Frequently Asked Questions about the Online Booking

 

Q: What is required to schedule an appointment online?

A: There are three requirements:

  1. Your must have an established account with our salon (this means you have visited our salon at least one time and paid for a service).
  2. You also must have a valid credit card and expiration date with your signature ,picture ID on file at the salon.
  3. You also must have signed an agreement to abide by our published Internet Booking Terms and Conditions and the signed agreement must be on file at the salon.

Q: How do I get started?

A: Go to our salon and provide the salon coordinator with the necessary information (credit card, expiration date and your signature) and sign our Internet Booking Terms and Conditions Agreement. Our salon coordinator will give you a PIN number and password that you will use to access our online booking system. Q: What if I’ve never been to your salon but want to book an appointment    with one of your stylist?

A: Since we must have certain information from you to provide you with the PIN number and password, you will first need to visit our salon. For an appointment, please call the salon (718.748.7411). For directions to our salon from your house, click here

Q: What if I want to schedule more than one service with more than one staff member during the same appointment?

A: We always encourage our clients to select whichever staff member they want to provide their services. Our online booking system allows you to book more than one service with more than one staff member.

Q: What if I change my mind after I book an appointment?

A: Although you may book appointments through our online system, you must contact the salon by phone or in person to cancel or change an existing appointment. Please call the salon (718.748.7411) and a salon coordinator will cancel or change your appointment.

Q: How far in advance can I book an appointment?

A: The system will allow you to book ahead two years into the future. Since schedules can change over time, however, we encourage you to limit your booking times to within a three month period.
